We're thrilled you're considering Gusie's Cafe to cater your upcoming event! To ensure your experience is as delicious and stress-free as possible, please review our catering order policy:

Order Lead Times:

• Large Orders (example foil pans): To ensure the freshest ingredients and meticulous preparation, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice for large orders. Please submit your final menu selections at least one week before your event date.
• Small Orders (Baked Fish and Attiéké): We understand that sometimes plans change quickly! Smaller orders can be accommodated with at least 1 day's notice, subject to menu item availability.

Menu Customization:
We gladly offer various catering packages featuring our most popular dishes. However, we also understand that you may have specific preferences. We welcome menu customization requests, but these may require additional lead time depending on ingredient availability and complexity.

Pricing & Payment:

• We provide detailed catering menus with pricing options on our website.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and menu.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.

Delivery & Set-up:

• Delivery and set-up fees may apply, depending on your location and event details.
• We offer both chafing dishes and disposable serving ware options.
• If you require on-site serving staff, please inquire about additional fees

Cancellation Policy:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, cancellations made within 7 days of your event date will result in a forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Additional Information:

• We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs in advance.
• We use environmentally friendly packaging whenever possible.
