The Site is owned and operated by Sierra Holdings Inc. / Gusie's Cafe ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Bowie, Maryland. Gusie's Cafe provides West African catering services, food delivery, and retail products (such as hot sauces). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product at any time without notice.

- Menu Availability: All menu items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Allergen Notice: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. While we take steps to minimize risk, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, or wheat allergies.
2. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order through our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Pricing: All prices are posted on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Prices charged will be those in effect at the time the order is placed.
- Deposits (Catering): For catering orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically due 7 days prior to the event date.
- Payments: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the checkout page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced to cover the costs of food procurement and labor.
- Large Orders/Catering: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event/pickup date will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 25%) at our discretion.
- Small/Daily Orders: Cancellations for small daily orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed at our sole discretion. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order so we can address the issue.
4. Delivery and Pickup
- Pickup: Orders must be picked up at the designated time and location (e.g., Bowie, MD). We are not responsible for the quality of food that is not picked up on time.
- Delivery: Delivery fees and availability depend on your location. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
